Franklin Willard Welker (b March 12, 1946) is a major cartoon actor, considered by many as a "voice god". Welker mostly provides the roar, growl-like sounds of the Sharpteeth. Also known as the voice of Fred Jones and the current voice of Scooby-Doo.

Also voices Dr. Claw in Inspector Gadget.
